Zip Mail offers a Print+Post service for companies and organisations contracting out their postal function, also used by people working from home who need to print and send postal items.  Simply email sales@zip-mail.co.uk with your PDF or Word document that needs to be posted.  Zip Mail will print, fold, envelope and deliver your document in complete confidence.

There is an initial daily fee to use the Print+Post service and then a standard charge for black-and-white or colour prints, envelopes supplied, content inserted, sealed, franked and dispatched (including any folding and stapling).  Postage is charged at our current Zip Mail prices depending on envelope size and weight.

Mail for printing and posting should be sent as an attachment to sales@zip-mail.co.uk specifying 1st or 2nd class mail.  It can be print-ready in PDF or Word format, or we can accept a master letter in MS Word with your address list in Excel or similar spreadsheet format to be merged as personalised letters.

Single items of post received by 3 pm are usually dispatched the same day.  24 hour dispatch for <100 letters and 2 working days for larger mailings.
